7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. However, our return policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of receiving it.
7.2 Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged package, please do not accept it and notify us immediately. Provide your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographic and/or videographic evidence to process your claim.
7.3 Refunds
If a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 business days to appear in your account.
